I've mentioned before and will mention again...I love bombers! Since it's come back (thanks Isabel!), I just can't get enough of it's varsity coolness! I found this one from one of my all time favs, Scanlan and Theordore. I love the colour combo and as it's constructed from a beautiful scuba fabric...score! I'll have to style this with more outfits soon...
OOOh, Treasurette had an awesome delivery of new Rick Owens, we got super excited and went goofing around taking these pictures featuring my trusty Rick Owens boots.

Hi All, it's been a while! I know I keep saying that... sorry...but seriously, some exciting news to share. I've finally locked in a date and will be back home next week woot! Oh Melbourne, how I've missed you. Can't wait to tuck into the food, wine, shopping and, of course, catching up with my loves..ahhhh be still my beating heart, my mouth is watering as I type this!
Before I get too lost in my Melbourne dream, I thought I'd post these picts. I've taken these about a month ago, and totally forgotten about them. I'm in love with this Josh Goot skirt, it's got a great cut and structure and oh I love the colours and marble effect - it's so pretty (and for those of you who know me know I don't usually do pretty) it reminds of Versailles and the colors of Sofia Coppola's Marie Antoinette.
I also wanted to show off my graffiti Louboutin's which was the best ever Valentine's day present, gifted while we were in the city of love herself (actually, come to think of it, I think this outfit post is to show off all the individual pieces).
This 3.1 Phillip Lim top has been quite popular in the blogosphere - but I thought it was also the ideal piece to highlight the lace details of this Nanette Lepore summer bomber (I'm so obsessed with bombers at the moment, but I'll save that for another post).
Ok, aiming for another post before I jet off... warning: You may be bombarded by me in the next two weeks with everything Melbourne! Or it could go the complete other way with me living it up, you may not hear from me haha. Either way, remember to follow me on instagram to share my little moments!

Ok, I must admit (and my friends can attest to this) I have a problem! Never mind the addiction to shopping,...I have OCD! I'm a neat freak (and germaphobe, but I'm not ready to talk about that yet, we shall save it for a future post) and there's many a night where I was not able to fall asleep because my mind was so focused on the 'mess' that I've actually gotten out of bed to spring clean. There you go - a peak into my psyche, please don't judge me haha.
Don't worry though, this post isn't about my weird obsessions, but rather, a good (discovery) spawn out of my obsession with organising.
Many of my jewellery pieces are vintage (thanks to my aunt and grandmother's closet) and or discoveries during my travels and places I have lived. Needless to say, a lot of the original boxes that it came in are long gone. Unlike my handbags and shoes (yes, I keep all my shoes in their original boxes and in their dust bags, and yes, I hate dust), dust bags for some of the more delicate jewellery pieces will not cut it. Not only do you run the risk of having those glass beads crushed, metal plates scratched, there's the (gulp) risk of losing them in gaps between other bits and bobs in your closet.
I've been shopping around for a nice jewellery box for some time. But everything I came across were too small (made for photo-shoots / film sets only) or too 'display-like' (i.e. for shops)... until I came across this jewellery organiser. Not only is it stackable - you could potentially build a pillar by the corner of your room, and no one would have guessed it's actually holding all your jewellery, no joke (not to mention, it makes the 'shop and hide from your partner' thing a whole lot easier too...), the trays, which are sold separately, comes in an array of different compartment configurations for you to mix and match to your heart's content. Oh, and the flock lining is in a tasteful neutral colour. I came across many others that were lined in bright red or black - which meant a speck of dust would have stuck out like a sore thumb - can you imagine how sleep deprived I would be by then?
